The Client Referral System allows partner agencies in the Yuma One Stop network to connect clients with services offered by other partners — so a client who walks into any agency can be guided to every program they qualify for.
Participation is open to all partner agencies in the network. If your organization would like to join or needs a refresher on the process, reach out through the contact page.
A client at your agency needs a service offered by another partner in the network.
Submit the referral using the network's referral process. Forms and instructions are provided to participating agencies.
The receiving agency contacts the client and reports the outcome back through the system.
